KENLYN began after the founder, who at the time was an administrator for a group of heart surgeons, realized that the amount of money the practice was spending on in-house transcription was (he considered) exorbitant.  Not only was he paying salary but also taxes, social security, vacation, sick and down days with very limited back-up in the event "days off" were taken.  The prospect of having this very important task being done off-site was very appealing, not only from a cost perspective, but also because of a consistent turn around time.  KENLYN was born and, because many physicians and practice administrators were like minded, the company has grown exponentially but has never forgotten that quality, expediency, privacy and cost effectiveness are the backbone of our business.
